Park - Heli space

HeliSpace is a touristic project within an active pilot training center. It was designed for visitors who wish to test their abilities in the most modern simulators – HeliFly, professional helicopter flight simulator, HeliDrive, full motion racing simulator and the newest addition, F-18 fighter jet simulator.

In addition to the simulators, it offers an abundance of educational content, a tour of an impressive collection of various models of helicopters, pilot equipment and a gallery of pictures created by pilots who regularly attend the professional training programs.

Along with the interactive content, visitors move through a space decorated with a special 3D anamorphic technique that leaves no one indifferent. HeliSpace offers activities and content which is interesting to people of all ages, from “The Secrets of Da Vinci” quest for our youngest visitors to more intense flying or racing missions for adults.

Fly

HeliSpace offers a professional simulator that realistically simulates flight of a real helicopter. Over the years, we have trained thousands of professional pilots on this particular simulator, and the fact that there are currently only a few of them in the world contributes to the uniqueness of the experience.

HeliSpace is an exclusive place where every visitor has the opportunity to sit in the cockpit and, under the watchful eye of an expert instructor, experience the illusion of truly piloting a helicopter.

The simulator imitates the flight characteristics of a helicopter and it consists of a realistic helicopter cockpit equipped with all instruments, equipment and systems with the possibility of adjusting the time of day, season and all external elemental influences and conditions on the ground.

We made sure that every visitor feels like a real pilot, and before the flight itself we conduct procedures and pre-flight briefing - safety instructions, information about the cockpit, instruments and the flight plan itself.

Some of the flight missions include: basic flight training in helicopter piloting, helicopter flight in a mountain area, landings on unprepared terrains covered with snow or dust, pilot reactions and actions to engine failures and other emergency procedures in various phases of flight and tactical helicopter flight at extremely low altitudes.

Flights are available and adapted for children (6+) and adults.

Drive

Full Motion racing simulator is the latest addition to the HeliSpace experience and it is the perfect opportunity for all visitors who are fans of motor sports and want to experience the rush of adrenaline while driving a racing supercar.

Our top-notch ready-to-race simulator realistically simulates cars with different driving characteristics that are adapted to the requirements of certain disciplines (F1 Racing, Rally) through which you have the opportunity to master the basic skills of driving car races on asphalt and macadam surfaces in all weather conditions.

The simulator also realistically simulates the forces affecting the driver during the race. Six degrees of freedom (6DOF) of the movement platform ensures a real adrenaline treat. The leading level of realism is a combination of state-of-the-art electric actuators and software that converts telemetry data into six types of motion - sway, wave, heave, roll, pitch, yaw.

Play, VR

In addition to the simulators, HeliSpace offers a variety of additional content such as gaming and VR experience.

PlayStation room is perfect for group gatherings and immersion in the world of gaming. It is equipped with the latest PlayStation 5 consoles with dual sense wireless controllers, a large selection of games, PlaySeats and ergo gamer chairs.

Newest addition is the VR activity that will take adventurous visitors on virtual space missions, test the bravest in skydiving, and educate the curious through content in a completely new format.

The possibilities are endless, and HeliSpace is the perfect place to explore new dimensions.

3D art

HeliSpace visitors can enjoy a special visual experience. More than 400 m2 of wall and floor space is painted with special 3D anamorphic technique. Artist Filip Mrvelj made sure that each wall tells its own special story, and through the lens of a camera the thez gain a totally new dimension.

Tour

Interactive tour of an active professional pilot training center and exhibition with many AR and VR surprises.

The tour is self-guided with the help of modern tablets which allow the visitor to freely spend individual time in exploring the content of interest. In addition to the audio guide, tablet offers a wide variety of interesting videos related to various helicopters types, pilot training and missions in which they participated.

HeliSpace tour includes lounge zones with educational films about the history of helicopter development, brave individuals who first dared to test rotorcraft and along with the educational content visitors are welcomed to use HeliSpace refreshments and treats.

Lounge zone

From educational content to entertainment for our youngest visitors, lounge zones will provide all visitors with additional content or a break between flying, racing or virtual missions.

We paid special attention to entertain our youngest visitors so that HeliSpace would be a memorable experience for them as well, and while they enjoy the SpaceDriver simulator, adults can enjoy the rest of the content and activities.
